About Me
Grace Bohlsen hails from Indiana and transferred to Oberlin from NYU at the start of her second year. Eating in Fairkid, living in EARRTH House, and working as a PRSM Trainer stand out as the highlights of Graces time at OC. She will miss Outing Club trips and OSTA productions, too. After finishing classes in December, Grace interned at a farm on Maui for their final semester. She completed a B.A. in English and looks forward to continuing her education after a few years spent living and working in Chicago.
Study Abroad
I spent my first January term in Florence, Italy and my second in Puerto Rico!
Campus Jobs
PRSM Trainer
Favorite Place
North Quad on a clear night. It has a swing and a bunch of grass.
Favorite Class
My last semester, I took Intro to Shakespeare. Professor Hyman is such a stellar human and educator and being able to come at that content informed by the rest of my Oberlin education made for a unique experience that I learned a lot from.
Clubs & Organizations
Oberlin Student Cooperative Association
Oberlin Student Theater Association
Outings Club
Pottery Co-op
Memorable Oberlin Moment
I took a fall break backpacking trip with OCOC my first semester. It was so awesome to go on an adventure with my new classmates. It was also my first time backpacking, which is now one of my major hobbies.
Graduation Date
12/21/2019
Future Plans
I moved to Chicago with my partner and am hunting for a full time job and working on the board of Chicago Urban Art Retreat Center.
