I'm a biology major with a religion minor. Some of my favorite classes were with Yolanda Cruz and Cindy Chapman. After Oberlin, I'm really excited to pursue nursing and I hope to also find time to coach high school cross country and track. Some of my favorite memories are of moments with Alexis Dill, my freshman and sophomore year roommate and now a life-long best friend. I spent so much of my time at Oberlin with my team, who are some of the most amazing and talented people I have ever known. Truly no other group of people I would rather have spent my four years at Oberlin with.

Yolanda Cruz's epigenetics class. I was forced to think about genetics and biology in a new context. One where our environment has more of an impact on who we are than I realized. Also she brought coffee every day and cake on Fridays.
