I am a Creative Writing major and Theater/English minor, and spent a semester abroad studying English and Environmental Studies in London. During my time at Oberlin, I held multiple positions in the Oberlin Student Theater Association, and got to see so many brilliant shows come to life! I also worked at the Mudd circulation desk and The Oberlin Review. I loved working in the library, and took serious advantage of OhioLINK to read for pleasure. Some of my best memories at Oberlin happened in the Kahn third-floor lounge, Harkness lounge, the Creative Writing House, the Oberlin Review office in the Burton basement, the Mandarin, the first floor of Mudd, and the Oberlin Public Library. I will miss walking through Tappan Square and seeing plays in the new Wurtzel Theater!

I went to London the second semester of my sophomore year as part of the Oberlin in London program.

The first floor of Mudd, because I spent so much time there in the cozy chairs with my friends and overheard so many interesting conversations. Also the Oberlin Review office in the Burton basement because I met so many amazing people there!

Tie between Fiction Workshop with Abbey Chung, because she is one of the most brilliant writers I've been lucky enough to work with at Oberlin, and Ovid in the Middle Ages with Jen Bryan and Kirk Ormand, because the professors took some daunting readings and material and made them accessible, interesting, and exciting!

The time my friends threw me a 22nd birthday party complete with a homemade cake. I had never felt so loved before!

I will be moving to Washington D.C. and working as a development apprentice at Studio Theatre! I hope to work as a fundraiser/grant writer for arts organizations.
