About Me

Violinist Hannah Schoepe, is graduating with a B.M in violin performance from David Bowlins studio. For four consecutive years Hannah was on the managing personnel of David Bowlins Party Planning Committee, where she spearheaded projects like the studios Star Trek childrens book titled "The 24," birthday beer crust pizza baking, and the creation of numerous birthday cakes. As of 2018, Hannah became the adopted aunt to Professor Bowlins wonderful puppy Morrie. At Oberlin, Hannah was an Oberlin blogger, a writer for the Oberlin News, and a regular contributor to ClevelandClassdical.com. With a fervent interest in community outreach, she was an organizing member of Oberlin Orchestras 2017 Swan Lake Childrens Concert, an enthusiastic participant of every CCSs childrens Holiday concert, and served as a faculty member of Sa Oaxaca String Festival for online Zoom teaching during the pandemic. She was awarded the prize for "best rhetorical questions" in music journalism, and her writings can easily be accessed online. Beginning in fall 2020, Hannah will be pursuing a masters degree in violin performanc at the Lucerne School of Music in Switzerland.
