About Me
It's hard to remember what I was like before Oberlin. I have learned so much in my four years here- about myself, the world, and how I want to inhabit it. A lot of that learning was done in classrooms, but a lot of it was also done in dorm rooms, Harkness, and around town. The people that I met at Oberlin- both the orientation friends and those I met last semester- have deeply transformed me. I will forever be thankful for Oberlin and hope that Obies still in my life forever.

Favorite Place
I loved eating meals in Hark Bowl because it made me feel apart of something bigger than myself.
Favorite Class
I loved a private reading that I took with Emilia Bachrach on the Poetics of krishna Bhakti in the Vaisnava Hindu Tradition. This was my favorite because I was able to engage in the literature in a much more advanced manner and got to read some of the most interesting sources.

Memorable Oberlin Moment
My Junior year, my girl friend organized a surprise party for me! She had told me that she was making a small dinner with three of my friends and then called me upset and said no one was coming. I ran over to her house and no one was there so I ran up to her room to see what happened. She wasn't super clear about what was wrong but said 'let's just eat dinner anyway.' When we went downstairs, about 20 friends who had been hiding in the basement yelled surprise! It was a very fun and beautiful night!!!
