About Me

I came into Oberlin a very different person than I am today. The last four years have not only been the most fun and exciting of my life, but have also shaped the way I think. I have certainly had my ups and downs here, but all of my growth has been positive. I have made some fantastic friends, and have been challenged by professors who profoundly care about my growth. Oberlin allowed me to explore my interests and even allowed me to pick up the major I am most passionate about as a rising junior. I will forever treasure the memories of journeying to a jazz parties crammed and smoky grinning as I became immersed in the raw musical passion of a con band. I will never forget the feeling of waking up early, the smell of spring in the air, as the club soccer team assembled and rallied to play Denison or Kenyon. These go along with countless other memories that embody my Oberlin experience.
